- A key point of reference for the green area: firewood sales, information about the volleyball and soccer courts, and management of the picnic areas.

- Located in the northern part of Champoluc, at the foot of Monte Rosa, it is easy to reach while remaining at a proper distance from the residential centre.

HISTORY
- Forest undergrowth clearing and maintenance.
- Construction of beach volleyball and beach soccer courts.
- Tree planting, renovation of the barbecue areas, replacement and expansion of the picnic tables, and construction of a new restroom (in collaboration with the Regional Department of Forestry).
- Installation of directional and informational signage.
- Organization of festivals, markets, concerts, and community events.
- Opening of Lo Sayoc Bar.
